Review case history, conflict check, produce engagement letter. Upon acceptance of engagement letter proceed with case review by performing one or more of the following:

Site Evaluation:
Document visible conditions by notes and supporting photographs, physically measure and record findings.
Site Report:
Develop a site report memorializing findings.
Analysis:
As the case dictates, drill down on the details of the issues of the case i.e; contract scope discrepancies, progress schedule deficiencies, change order issues, job cost verification, document errors and omissions, repair cost analysis (postmortem or future), code compliance and following industry practice standards, labor reports and time cards.
Present findings:
